fresh strawberries plain full fat or Greek yogurt honey vanilla bean or vanilla extract
Cut a few strawberries into thin slices for decoration and set them aside. Blend other strawberries into a purée. Mix in honey (how much you use is up to you – I can eat honey all day long while my “better” half doesn’t like it as much) to the yogurt. Add vanilla seeds from the bean (or a few drops of vanilla extract) and mix it so it spreads evenly. Pour in a layer of yogurt into the popsicle mold. Add strawberry slices for decoration to the sides of the mold (some will come out pretty, some won’t). Add a layer of strawberry purée, and a layer of yogurt and a layer of purée… Put in freezer for a few hours (or if you have a popsicle maker for a few minutes). Enjoy!
